Waaaa.WAAAA. I haven updated my blog for ages. Sorry! Cuz I have been busy OM-ing. The past week was om-ing and om-ing and still om-ing. tiring but really fulfilling:) to the 6 other cOMrades and 2 cOMmanders, thank you for making this year's odyssey of the mind such a wonderful journey:) haha but the journey hasnt ended.. we are still going to do alot of stuff tgt and develop mentally tgt:) this yr's team has been the best team i have ever worked with.. with really easy-going and co-operative team members. hee. im starting to emo. ok no. joyce u carn. so last week we stayed back almost everyday till nite? yup NIGHT.. not morning not afternoon not evening.. but nite. last week was zonked out. but thankyou to the cOMrades and cOMmanders who did not even grudge about the long hours of staying in sch. haha im proud to say that everyone has did their very best for the nationals and all of us wouldnt hesitate to say that we have given it all all, rite?:) yay. anw cuz of om, i cldnt get to attend rgguides aa:/ haha tht was damn sadded cuz i looked forward to aa for such a long time alr, since the start of the year. but i guess cldnt help it.. cuz i was really chionging for om on the same day. to all the rgguides, really really sorry:/ some of my friends from other sch said aa was really good:) so yay 3 cheers! i wished i cld haf been there but ohwells, there's still next yr. and by then, it wld be my batch's turn:)
ok so on sat morning I woke up and got a lift from thashi's dad and left for sch. I had only 1 hr of sleep for 2 days straight. I was zonking out in the morning loh. Haha then chiong-ed to dnt and tried to perfect our structure. Thankyou mr lim for helping alot and thankyou geneve and thashi for being there:) haha i felt like a winner at tht time.. like seeing everyone all in it was so WHEE wonderful:) then we took a taxi down to acsi and yup prep prep prep prep for THE performance. we noe we are going to do our best and enjoy ourselves there. but i think im such an ass. i actually broke one of the part of the structure due to violence of my part:/ im sorry to everyone la seriously. if i hadnt broke tht part, our structure might haf help more. sorry sorry sorry. ahhh i noe u guys wun blame me but still.. sorry:/
then yea we dint got into worlds la.. We got 2nd. Haha I actually teared when I walked up the stage to receive my award. At tht moment, I was like *BOOM*. I felt a lot a lot a lot.. Like we have done so much as a team and we cldnt make it to michigan. To those who cried, cheer up:) even though i nearly nearly broke down, i guess i told myself we have gained alot alot throught all these months.. i have gotten to noe you guys alot alot alot more. we have learnt alot alot through these months and its this team tht made me a more talkative and daring girl:) heh. im glad i can say im willing to take up any challenge right now. cuz i noe all of us can:) im glad i can say that i can work with anyone, knowing that i've did it for this yr:) i'm glad that i can say my team has the best team dynamic:) im really thankful! let's look forward to our next comp at ngee ann k! whee:)
to geneve! Thank you for working with me on the structure all these while. You've always been patient in explaining and giving your opinions. Thankyou for always willing to help and guide me whenever im blur:) thankyou for keeping me going to complete every panel of the structure successfully. thankyou for giving it all for our structure. most imptly, thankyou for trusting on my workmanship for the structure. i swear u are the best partner to work with for structure. saw u cry on sat and ahhh. i felt like some shitass. its kinda my fault:/ sorry kk:) but thankyou for being so calm on the comp spot itself. i noe i wldnt have done it without you. thankyou!!
to yiting! Thankyou for overcoming ur fear! Hehe oh tsar! Im really impressed with your courage for breaking through and taking on the role of tsar. The performance would nvr have been perfect if you dint break through and did ur best for the team. thankyou yiting for alwaes saying stoopit stuff and making us luff. haha you've been one who's innocent and kind at heart.. alwaes there to help and forgives and willing to sacrifice on your own part:) haha i nvr will forget how u irritateed me with the ballon pump! *PUMPS*
to flora! Flora yo! Though u are the only sec4 among us, im glad I managed to noe u and start chitchatting with you. I can rmbr the first few weeks when I really feel weird just by standing next to you. I thought I will nvr be comfortable working with you but im glad to say that i really feel good working as a team with you! you've been a senior who never ever saw the 6 of us as juniors who are inferior. instead, u've alwaes heard our opinons willingly and keep us going. you've been guiding us along all the while, preventing us from digressing and staying focused.. thankyou flora for doing so much for our style part. we nvr would have done so well without you!
to jiali! Haha kailipokpokpok! Heyo thankyou for being such a nice team mate ok! I noe u noe I love you so! Haha thankyou for not hesitating to help me bring stuff over from the ge resource room. Though the ge resource rm is QUITE far, u are alwaes ready to make the trip. thankyou! haha thankyou for being there when im lamenting over the long hrs of doing structure. when u pop out bside me, it somehow brings a DRIVE AND A VROOM, and i continue with motivation to complete the structure. haha thankyou for caring for each and everyone of us!! you've been one who alwaes jumps around and make everyone damn amused of ur spastic actions:p haha stay cheerful and we are're all in this tgt:)
to annie! Yo annieething! Haha thankyou for being so willing to act as a bimpau! Haha you've been one who nvr fails to bring smiles and laughter, hopes and enthusiasm. You are alwaes there to cheer us up and asking us to jia you. You are the no.1 secretary i must say.. who's willing to scribe and write without pay:) hee it rhymes! yes thankyou for putting your heart and soul into om! really really:) its all ur enthusiasm for belle that made me find it worth to move on in OM. we're doing it as a team:) and we've did well we all noe it. whether we shld haf win or not, its up to the judges. but i noe we've given it all! haha yay 3 cheers:)
to thashi! Hello beeee! Haha thankyou for alwaes giving me a lift back home! Its really damn sweet of you cuz I wld have zonked out by the time I take a bus to reach home. Thankyou thashi for always planning out our agenda and making sure we will will keep on task and not waste any precious time. we've done well and dun cry cuz u dint do your part! we noe u have done alot for the team and yes we've done well:) yay.
to mr lim and mr ng, our cOMmanders.. Thankyou for having so much faith in us before, during and even after the competition. Thankyou for not being disappointed with us though we dint manage to get to the worlds. Thankyou for enjoying to mentor our team. but most imptly, thankyou for guiding and helping us so much. I nvr would have come across such nice mentors again. thankyou for staying up late with us and being patient with all of us.
