haha anw another thing.. that i hope wun piss me off anytime soon.. it's the fact that everyone is starting to revise. omg la:( i haven done revision you noe.. and and and.. sch is going to extend their class hours next yr?! and theres assembly every morning?! and our booking records are 'cleansed' every TWO years?! so tht means i carn have any bookings in sec4?! HAHA seriously wonderful sch.

OHOH! today woke up really early to report for CIP. hahaha when i reached the tb mrt, i was like scanning the floor for elmo. HAHAHA damn farni.. the way we sit there is like convicts or sth. anw it was like me, qinyan and elmo zi-highing all the way to the childcare centre.. its damn nice to luff like mad all over again, and talk to the both of them. haha and elmo was complaining about the fact tht she hasnt done blahblahblah for 8wks.. haha so cool so cool!!! i've seen like most of the clan ppl in the hols alr whoohoo:D

ok then we went to mark assessment bks, wipe the windows, wipe the mattress, etc etc. i nearly died when i smell the 'fragrance' of the mattresses. haha it was damn ____ (i dunno wad word to use).. haha but elmo and yap loved the smell of the dettol:/ we wiped like 50 mattresses?? hahaha power rite:D

we ended our cip earlier then we went for lunch at tb plaza. some weird guy approached us to help him distribute flyers.. 10bucks per hr leh.. damn gd rite? haha but we dint go in the end la.. though we dint earn any money, elmo earned a friend named BILLY. i wonder how's their progress:p

ohyah then we went to walkwalk in popular.. elmo and qinyan helped me choose a scrapbk for my taiwan immersion alr:D hahaha we were luffing like mad for no reason.. but nvm, can train stomach muscles:P ohoh! and i saw this taiwan magazine that has bangbangtang on the front cover!!!! then inside also have the photos of wuzun VS chenyiru!! omgosh i felt like buying it, but i think it was quite ex:/ anyone wants to buy it for meee??:D someone be nice!

haha woke up really really early today to attend church service. it was at singapore indoor stadium. walaueh the stadium was filled leh! if someone finds an empty seat, it's a miracle.. many people turned up for the service:D

my mum, sis, and 2 other aunties were there too. we were like at the 6th row.. moohaha damn close to the stage. i like the song-singing alot!! haha whole stadium singing together was amazing.
like what pastor said, everyone is here to receive the blessings of our Lord. :D
ohyah, then all of us made 3 wishes:p i believe it will come true.. yes it will!
haha anw xmas is like in 2 days' time!! hope everyone gets alot of presents and blessings and wishes!

haha anw ytd night, our family went to my mum's friend's hse to have dinner.. it's like joining them for their cell group dinner.. it was quite fun la, with all the company and really really good food.
although there were like 8guys and 2 girls there, i only got to noe the 2 girls and talked abit to auntie saulai's son.. i found them friendly leh.. quite fun to interact with them.. hmm then i got to noe a few aunties too:D haha and one of them was mrs s.h.i.rl.e.y tan's classmate! haha and im supposed to go tell mrs s.h.i.r.l.e.y tan tht this auntie wants her hp no.. *faints*

ohoh! i like the carolling part leh.. haha its damn nice to sing in large groups!! should go for such sessions more often:D tmr im going to the indoor stadium for the church xmas celebration! moohaha should be damn fun yes yes yes!!:D anybody wants to go?? i really think such occasion should have alot of company..

haha i've decided to do some sortof post taiwan reflections:D

its been like exactly a week since i came back from taiwan.. i still miss those days in taiwan.. i still haf thoughts like "if i were in taiwan now, i would be doing blahblahblah"

after returning to singapore, things start to set in.. proposals, OM meetings, packing up, getting ready for next year, etc. I'm quite freaked out by the fact tht im a sec4 next yr. i feel stoopit man.. i havent touch my sec3 work for mths, and my jap OMGOMG. i always feel tht i've really slackened down:/ i havent been reading books nor the newspapers:/ ahhh joyce, wad happened to you:/ i really need to sit down and plan my life for next yr..
ok but the main point is... i miss the days in taiwan. taiwan immersion has been this period where i get to be free from all kinds of work and troubles. it's just happy learning with all my friends, happy learning from my taiwan teachers, happy preparing for karaoke and drama comp, happy going to famous attractions, happy listening to the tourguide introducing, happy eating healthy meals, happy shopping, happy sleeping and even happy waking up even though its 620am.. everything in taiwan was joyful.
i really learnt alot from this 1 mth trip.. things like how to take care of myself, to take things as it is, to adapt to new environments, to be more alert of my situation, to give and compromise, to live with people, to compromise..
i still remember the very first day when we met ryan at the airport.. my impression of him was like.. hmm friendly and farni guy..
then when we reached the uni.. my impression of jerry.. was steady and nice guy:D haha the joke: dun eat too much maggi mee.. too much preservatives turn u into a mummy:D *laughs*
then shine gave me the impression tht she's really strict and all.. but she's really pretty.. i shall rmbr the fact tht she has 1/4 of 原住民's blood:p
from the very first day till now, its been exactly a mth plus alr.. ahh time flies rite rite? and now what's left of my hols is just 2 weeks:/
i guess whatever i want to say would be just a repeat of my daily journals tht i've already blogged.. i haf yet to do my taiwan immersion scrapbook.. i believe tht book will store everything i really want to say.. whee:D
for now, i really feel like listing down what i really miss from taiwan, even the very little things...

haha i guess i've been really lazy.. sleeping alot alot after i came back from taiwan.. i wanted to blog about the horrible life in singapore.. but i couldnt cuz i have not managed to blog fully about my 26 days in TAIWAN:D i haf a few more days to blog about:D TAIWAN was great.. so i must blog alotalot bout it:p so i shall continue with DAY 23 now:D

DAY 23!Boo.. I am really sad for this day to arrive:/ The highlight for today was Graduation ceremony 結業禮.. I dont want this day because I dont want to leave 師大 uni. I dont want this TAIWAN IMMERSION to end la:( Today, we woke up later because the ceremony only starts at 9. Chow and i slept all the way to 8. Prissy, limei and kacheek woke up much earlier and brought back sandwich and soyabean for us:D thank you!:D
Yup.. At 9, we went down to the 演講堂 to have our ceremony rehearsal. The GOHs then arrives and tada.. ceremony starts..
First, it was 弟一班　performing their songs -- My Anata and 木乃伊.. Their perf was damn entertaining:D I want to go kope the karaoke videos from prissy's photobucket:p haha ok la.. i shall do it soon:D Next, the GOHs then came to give their speech and also encouraged us to come back in future. I will i will!:D next time when i come to taipei for hols, i will stay in the dorm:D Its a wonderful place!
After which, Steph, Eunice, Emily, Jinx and Meijia went up on stage to put up their 扯鈴　perf. It was good! They put in alot of efforts for this and they are really pro laa. actually i think chinese yoyo is quite fun if you really like it.. just tht the continuous practise of a trick bores me:/ but i still find it really cool whenever i see pro ppl perf with it:D
Hmm.. then it was limei's and yanlin's turn to represent all 40 of us to make their speech.. They prepared hard for this and they did a really rally good job:D they made it sound really happy but sad too:( I started tearing when they did the 對呼..
Then I started crying when they played the powerpoint presentation. I guess the pics realy showed how time flies and how much we have learnt.. The pics were quite random actually.. I just felt so much at tht point of time.. haha and kacheek started tearing tooo:D i managed to influence her whee!
i feel like typing this out.. in case i forget it in the future.. so here goes(:

Yup.. then we left for lunch after decorating our different classboards.. Our classboards all turned out really pretty! During lunch, clan 6 of us agreed to come back to 師大 for our 畢業旅行:D
We gathered back at 1230 and 老師 broke the news that we can travel on our own to 台北地下街 to shop! haha rocks rite! it will be our very first free and easy, so we were pretty excited:D 6 of us left for the 捷運 and yup.. we had close to 3hrs to shop:D
During the 3 hrs of shopping, I bought a pair of shorts which comes along with a belt:D, my very first skirt, 6hp charms for my patrol members, a wallet for my sis, 2dresses for my mum(which i can wear one of them:p).. Each of these items did not exceed 15 bucks.. they are so much cheaper compared to the price you see in singapore:/ Ohyah..i bought a pair of sneakers for myself and a pair of heels for my mum the previous saturday in taipei:D Yay! I am glad i managed to buy enuff stuff for my family:D
We gathered back at the uni canteen at 5 and had our dinner:D after tht, we went to pack our luggages and had it weighed. Our luggage weights were all acceptable so yayness!:D My luggage had a hole laa.. and i was super worried+sad. Chow was like saying my luggage would BURST. nyehh.
Ohyah.. chow, jinx and i went to gym after that.. Moohaha and i saw maodi gyming also!:D
yupyup..i slept at 12 i think.. sweeet dreams:D

Day 24!
Our 畢業旅行 starts:D I feel quite sad to leave the uni actually.. I would want to stay in the uni for the remaining few days:/
but ohwells.. this trip is supposed to be enjoyable:D we all met at the lobby early in the morning at 645. We had our breakfast on the bus and we were ready to leave for 宜蘭:D we visited the 百米木屐村..　we saw alot of different kinds of wooden clogs.. some were really small, and some were really big enough to be a single size bed.. haha we even had a chance to make our own clog keychains:D it was quite easy.. we get to choose wad carvings we want.. and then we had to hit them down hard on the leather.. after that, we will paint them and get it dried with a hair dryer.. after which, the ppl in charge there will nail the leather onto the wood clog for us and then varnish the leather too.. all of our keychains turned out really pretty:D

yep.. we then went to some ulu ulu mountain place to have our lunch.. its called the 太魯閣風味餐:D the food was good.. except for this wild plant vegetable:/ it looks really hairy and no one dared to eat:p haha i love the dish whereby the leaves are coated with tempura and then deep fried. its damn crispy and yummy:D

after lunch, the tour guide brought us to the 太魯閣國家公園.. it was.. HUGE and.. MAGNIFICENT. the entire place was just mountains, trees, rocks, waterfalls, anything you can name of nature is there.. haha dun start to imagine bukit timah hill ok.. cuz thts like far from this place in taipei:D this national park is really huge, it has 27 mountains tht are taller than 3000km:O haha madness. and their rocks and caves were really really pretty:D i guess even if i took like 200 photos of the trees and rocks itself, i still wouldnt be able to show how magnificent it is. AHH the place is just damn pretty:D
After touring around the place, the bus brought us to this hotel thts located in the national park itself. its called the 太魯閣天祥青年活動中心. we had our dinner there, which was really sumptuous laa. we have been enjoying dinner over at taipei.. cuz the dishes are like WHOA WHOA WHOA:D
yep, after dinner, we get to explore the hotel abit here and there.. alot of us went to play the basketball machine thingum.. haha it looks quite fun laa.. but i dint bother to embarass myself playing tht:p
yep.. chow and i went over to kacheek&limei&prissy's room to play cards.. haha we played for hours i think.. indian poker, big two.. ohyah, and limei was like busy using poker cards to see if we have this sortof fate with the guys all of us like. HAHA it was damn fun!:D
i forgot what time it was, but chow and i just left and returned to our room to sleeeep:D *snores*

Day 25!
Today, Cheryl, Jinx, Chow and I woke up at 710:D We washed up and packed our luggaes by 740.. haha pro rite?:p I'm glad the room designed one room with the toilet bowl and shower while the other room has TWO sinks. This speeds up things an.. So those who want to pee can use one room, while those who want to brush their teeth can use the other room:D
At 740, we took our handcarry and went for our buffet breakfast:D I love their breakfast! I ate radish scrambled egg, cai4 po4 and porridge.. It was damn yummy leh:D their orange juice was good too:D At 830, all of us got up the bus and left. We went to visit 2 different sites of the national park and were given time to take photos.. the scenery was really pretty!
After all the phototaking sessions, we went to this place (also in the mountains and all) to visit this old lady who us 79 years old alr. She speaks japanese because she was in the japanese occupation when she was young. I took a photo of her.. so you guys can take a look at her:D
haha.. we were then given time to visit the souvenirs shop.. but chow,pris,kacheek,limei and i were too lazy to go:p haha or more like we dint bring money along:p so we just took random pics of us jumping.. tht was like my first time attempting to take jumping photos. hahaha farni!
yep.. then we left tht place and went to this place with the 阿美族 people. if im not wrong, its called aborginal in english? haha yala.. they introduced us on the way they live in the past. their society was like 母系社會.. means like women are more domineering? haha which also means men were lowly looked upon.. one of the guys there told us that men in the past were married to women.. men had to make their own personal knife and their knife will show their upbringing, character, etc..
HAHA and if their wife were to throw their knife out of the house, the man would have to leave immediately. HAHA its damn sad la! but tht was how they lived in the past. OHYAH, and during aug i think.. men of age 15 and above are all made to participate in this ceremony. They have to dance and sing around this fire and let women pick their husband-to-be. haha cool rite.. ok la, not really:p the outfit tht the men had to wear was really farni.. i shant go into the details, but one thing i have to say is tht the outfit's main aim is to keep the men's reproductive part ventilated. this is because men in the past are not allowed to bathe 10days before the ceremony.. without bathing for 10 days, they have to stay healthy and clean to show that they are fit. In this way, the women's family would judge that he is a strong and fit man who is able to work.. HAHA its true ok! or at least thts what the guy living there told us:D
We had our lunch there and also learnt how to do their dance.. it was fun:D except for the part where the dog just keeps roaming about. annoying black dog:/
the guy there also showed us how people in the past cook their food without fuels. they heat up stones at really high temperatures and throw them into the water to cook food.. it works leh! they demo in front of us and we even get to taste the soup.. its damn nice actually:D
the tour guide then brought us to this place to eat ice cream:D haha their ice cream tasted really really good.. YUMYUM:D had greentea, mango, redbean icecream with prissy,limei,kacheek and chow:D
after having our icecream, we headed towards the PROMISEDLAND!!! haha its going to be the place where we will stay for a night. the place was damn pretty! i think the size of it is equivalent to sentosa.. its a resort? haha their buildings are all palace-feel. and there's a lake tht flows through the entire resort:D
we had our dinner there.. which really was good la! the restaurant was like classy.. we then went to take a boat ride down the lake.. it was super romantic leh:D like the nightlights... the reflection on the water... ahh 超級浪漫! haha.
yepyep.. we also went to 放天燈!　its like we all can write down our wishes on this plastic thingum.. then after which, they will light up a fire in it and let it go into the sky. haha our 天燈 flew really really high:D it was damn pretty:D
it was like 9 plus alr.. we settled down and enjoyed the concert.. haha we were super high leh.. waving hands, waving light sticks, screaming, clapping, standing on chairs, jumping, etc. haha whoa whoa whoa.. according to chow, kacheek was really high when they sang bon jovi. haha madness night!
we returned to our rooms at around 1030 and yup... washed up and sleeep:D i was really tired tht night.. so i conked off really early:D

DAY 26!
hello i've came to the last day of my taiwan immersion:D FINALLY... cuz im quite sick of typing so much:p
yep we woke up quite early.. then we went for breakfast buffet. it was GOOD. the dishes there were like the best.. with hams, bacons, vege, waffles, etc. it's like western + chinese style of breakfast. there's even cornflake:D
i ate quite a lot tht morning.. how i wish if i could be there forever.. PROMISEDLAND was really good:D laoshi then brought us (huizhen,jinx,kacheek,limei, chow, prissy,me) to design stones:p haha the stones are like from promisedland.. yep so we designed it and then send for varnishing.. all of our stones turned out pretty moohaha. and then we had like extra time so... we went to play the basketball machine! haha chow, kacheek and i played tgt.. we did... QUITE well la:D it was really fun.. though my arms ached for awhile after tht:p
at around 9, we left tht place and visited this place where they specialise in manufacturing mochi.. we saw the way they manufactured them.. i saw this machine that's quite cool. it actually helps to arrange the mochi really neatly on trays. this means no manpower is needed.. high tech man.
haha then we went to shop for mochi and we bought quite alot la.. we had all our mochi packed in boxes to be checked in at the airport:D
after leaving tht place, we took the bus for like close to 4hrs before reaching 大漁翁國宴餐廳.. it was like 2plus alr laa.. our stomach was making really really weird noises.. haha i was sitting with all the sec2s. they were damn cute.. they ate like average 2bowls of rice? haha hungry ghosts u noe.. jane and gang were really the jokers as usual.
after lunch, we headed back to our uni:D it was like 5 plus and we were given packed food for dinner:/ damn full alr la.. how to stuff ourselves with food:/ so we kept our food for like later at night. meanwhile, we were really busy with packing our luggages and clearing every single thing in our dorms cuz we had to leave early next morning at 4am. 6 of us decided not to sleep cuz it would be quite diff to wake up at 3am:/ many ppl dint sleep too.. most of them flocked around at the lounge to watch tv.. somehow, i felt really sad la when i was walking down the corridor to fill my bottle. its like we will be leaving really soon and we'll no longer be there together again:/ ahhh time really flies.
after packing all our luggages, we played BRIDGE:D i finally learnt how to play bridge okaiii. damn happy whee whee! haha now i can play! so ppl pls look for me to play bridge okie? yes!
at 340, chow and i went back to our dorms and did some final packing like our toothbrush, shampoo, toothpaste, hp charger, etc.. we had to remove our bed cover, pillow cover and mattress cover too.. all of us then brought our luggages and gathered at the lobby.
walau.. the speed tht we left the uni was chaoji fast la can. it goes like this.. gather at the lobby, put mattress cover at one corner, put luggage onto the lorry, get up the bus, headcount, off we go. it was really fast.. everything happened in 10mins:/
i guess the speed of it just dint allow me to register the fact tht im really leaving the uni. tht short period of time prevented me from crying.. im glad i took photos of the uni.. haha i took photos like a mad woman.. every part of the uni i walked past, i will go SNAP SNAP SNAP. whee:D so yea.. left the uni and off we headed to the airport:D

BYE BYE TAIWAN:D but no worries, i will be back again yay!

blah.. i noe i have not finished blogging about taiwan..i still haf like several days of taiwan to update about:/ haha i feel lazy.. so i promise i will update everything by this week:D

im having com class now but apparently, everyone has finished our com hmk.. so we are jsut busy doing our own stuff like msning, blogging, emailing, etc:p
i love com lessons cuz we practically haf like 3hrs of free and easy com-using session! hmm lunch is at around 12.. im getting out of the lab first to go look for other clan members then we go for lunch!!:D
hmm.. im quite bored actually.. mebbe i should type out my list of bought items?? hahaha but im lazyyy:D

ok nvm.. i will type them out when i reach singapore... so tht the list will be like final completed one! hoho yay! i shall continue with this post like in the night.. ohyah my class hasnt really started on our chinese skit competition on MONDAY. we haf like 2 more days.. haha and we have not practised at all:/ i guess we haf to work and practise like mad later..

after com lessons, we went for lunch and yea la kanasai.. laoshi punished class 1 and 2.. then dun allow us to go to 故宫. blahhh so only class 3 went.. though all of them said it was ultimate boredom.. but its much better than us staying in the dorm doing ting1xie3:/ ahh wtv. haha then chow and i went to the gym again tht day.. we chose some stoopit program on the threadmill and it was damn tiring laaaa! but we ran quite alot.. so WHEE:D
at around 5, class 1 and 2 took the tour bus to meet up with class 3.. we went to some really cool restaurant tht has the setting of a cave? like really rocky.. its a cool place with different storeys, all made of rocks.. i took some photos of it.. but cuz the lightings are quite dark, it might not be clear.. we had the best dinner mannnn.. its like wedding dinner dishes again.. or i would say EVEN better:p haha go look at the pics.. chow took all the dishes:D
after tht, we headed back to our dorms and yup.. i had class discussion about our chinese drama comp.. we were SUPER tired laaa.. but ohwells, comp will be on mon and my class is the ultimate bomb.. we dun even haf a script.. our plan is to just get up on stage and whack it up.. just follow ur instincts and act.. cool rite??:D hahaha!
yala.. after discussing, we all conked off on our beds:D GOOD NITE!!

DAY 21
its a sunday whoohoo! we woke up at 620 as usual and gathered at 7.. the uni prepared sandwiches for us today and brought it to our dorms.. moohaha i really thank them for being so nice.. we need not walk all the way to the canteen tht day... after having our breakfast, we left for 新竹。haha it was ultiamate fun leh!! we learnt how to make angkukeh and 菜包。haha it was so fun making our own kuehs and seeing them turning out sooooo appetising:p we also tried our hands on this thing tht women in the past used to grind rice... its quite cool.. its in the pic:D also, we got a chance to take a ride on the cow cart.. haha the cow is SUPER STRONG! the cow could like tow 10 or more of us.. we had fun on the cart and the cow is quite cute actually:p
WHEEEE then we went to make our very own muachi! the sticky sticky one!! its DAMN NICE LEH!! we pound it REALLY REALLY hard ourselves.. and it tastes really good with a whole load of peanuts.. it tastes much better than those sold on the streets... i love the muachi laaa. and its such a good experience cuz i finally saw how muachi is made:D
it was lunchtime!! GUESS WAD!! we are going to bbq our very own lunch! wheeee! we had mushroom, chicken wing, hongkong sausages, bread, sweet potato, fishballs, tofu and alot more! haha lunch was yummmmy!:D and the people there even cooked for us the 土鸡。tht was my first time tasting it, and i think its good:D haha as in it tastes really herb-ish and all:D moohaha go try it!
after tht, we went to learn to make 擂茶。it is made of peanuts, sesame seeds, etc etc.. the TEA IS VERY GOOD TOO!!! hahaha it was just a whole day filled with food.. like wad the tourguide said, the day is just for you to eat.. whatever you can think of doing, its eating.. haha i love the tea leh..it tastes abit abit like japanese green tea.. but even better:D
we then left the farm and headed towards the 内湾老街。its a cool place with different old houses and all kinds of street stalls.. the tourguide gave us a brief introduction of the old houses there and even filled us with info on the temple there.. we then had around 45mins to shop at the street stalls.. i bought 2 boxes of muachi.. they are nicely packed and their shape is like a small balley kind.. very cute:D i wanted to buy a cap over there.. but decided not to cuz im super thriftu:p
haha after tht, we took an hour's ride to this restaurant to haf our dinner:D it was those wedding style dinner again!! haha we are really having good food here man.. *feels guilty* we had sushi.. AHHH FINALLY. but it was just one pathetic piece:/ haha go look at the pics to noe the good food we haf:p
after dinner, laoshi volunteered to bring us to 台北地下街. its the shopping heaven man!! haha everything there(like wad i said before) ranges from 5bucks to 20bucks.. whoohooo and they sell all kinds of fashion stuff there.. from shoes to bags to clothes to anything u can think of.. though we were given an hour, we dint really buy much:/ i bought a pair of sneakers and a heels for my mum.. i wanted to buy more clothings:( but too baddd.. not enuff time:(
yup by the time we went back to our dorms, it was alr 1020.. haha we were late for nightcheck tht was supposed to be at 10 everyday.. but ohwells:D
yup and i felt quite screwed up tht nite.. cuz the drama comp was the next day and my class still doesnt haf a script!! haha i love my class for being so enthu and ready to just whack it up on stage:D in the end, we met up all the way till 12 plus to like rehearse.. we did it this way.. meijia told us the storyline and we just went up and think on our own..
think on our own = no script, no boundaries, think of your own actions, act according to wad happens..
it turned our REEALLY farni and all.. our drama had chinese poems, songs, puns, spastic actions.. HAHA we laughed really hard tht nite la... i was super tired after nightcheck... but after luffing so much, i dint felt like sleeping alr..
so by 1230, i went back to my dorm.. and clan was packing their luggages.. so i decided i should do likewise.. i packed till around 130 and went back to sleep.
boo i hate it when my luggage is the smallest among the 40 of us.. now i might haf some difficulties fitting all my stuff in... danggg
haha anw GOODNITE!!

DAY 22
which is is today:D i woke up at 620 today and yup went for breakfast at the canteen.. i had sandwich and soyabean today:D after tht, we came back to take our test.. it was a test tht all of us haf to take to see whether we improved i guess.. all of us were so tired from ytd rehearsal tht we conked out while waiting for Shine to arrive and gif out the test papers..
like the previous time, i dint manage to finish my zuowen leh:/ i dint finish my entire story:( damn screwed..i hope i can do well..
yup after tht, we had orals.. while waiting for orals, Shine played liu2 xing1 hua1 yuan2 for uss.. it was such a popular drama when i was p5 or p6? haha when i watched it again just now.. i still love it leh!! its such a cool drama... though kacheek and limei says the jap version one is better.. but ohwells.. through kacheek's recommendation, im going to start watching 公主小妹 when i return to singapore.. wheee! then after tht will be hanayoridango.. HOHO cool rite.. i haf a drama marathon plan:p
after orals, we went for lunch.. limei and kacheek saw 王子 leh!! i dint!!! cuz i was staring at the staircase all the while:/ boohoo! but wtv laaa:p
we returned after lunch to rehearse for our skit.. i went to look for my class and we totally crashed out and did our rehearsal really well:D though it was really last minute, i guessed everyone's ethusiasm and class spirit will bring us through the 20mins on stage:D
im really glad im in this class.. cuz we are really really high people.. and really really nice ppl i must say.. i love class 2:D moohahaha and if u could guess it, we got the CHAMPION!!! HAA my class was really shocked la ok.. like we did it last min and we still can get champion worxxz... hehe not being ego or wtv here, but im really proud of my class.. oh and i dint mention my character.. i was the 长耳(a pun for the chang2 e2 in the moon).. it was quite a farni character la cuz i had long ears:/ haha our drama was named 北游记.. cool rite.. cuz we are in 台北. mhmm.. then i went up to get my textbook or both my teachers to sign.. they are really damn nice man:D i love my laoshi!!!
after which, we went to our classboards to decorate them for tomorrow's viewing purposes.. my classboard is nicely decorated, ready for viewing:D hahaha im really proud of my class.. class 2 wheee:D
we left for dinner after tht... we ate quite fast la.. except for me and limei who were struggling through our big bowl of noodles.. we went to the night market and kacheek bought the wallet for her sis.. and limei bought some papaya for her sis.. and jinx and prissy bought bags.. me? hahaha nth:p tmr i will go buy alot alot of stuff:p
yepp.. so now im back at dorm blogging... i gtg and bathe now.. damn late alr.. are u wondering why i haven bathe until now:p cuz i was sleeping all the way just now.. i was supposed to go gyming with chow.. but both of us ended sleeping.. v piggyish i noe:/

DAY 17

Haha.. that day we woke up late, only at 630.. But we still managed to gather on time:D We went for breakfast tgt and if I'm not wrong, I had porridge with kacheek.. The tofu was damn filling I RMBR:P

Yup, then we headed for lessons.. It was quite nice listening to laoshi telling us stories.. I love it when she digresses from the textbook and tell us more about Taiwan life:D I rmbr I learnt alot of new words and phrases.. I felt really accomplished:D OH YES.. and tricia came over to sit with me because she couldnt stand shinyi's snoring in class.. HAHA i heard from her that shinyi snores continuously.. But anw, tricia is damn farni.. she is hyper all the time.

Yup after lessons at 12, we went for lunch and gathered back at 1.. We went to the taipei puppetry centre:D Its a cool place cuz we were able to see all different kinds of puppets.. some were small, and some were really big!

Also, we did DIY! haha we made our very own puppet dolls.. I took photos of the dolls we made.. go to http://www.shutterfly.com/ to see it:D

After that, we came back to the uni and went straight to the canteen for dinner:D i believe i say mao2 di4 that day.. WHEE. Yup, then it was just slacking.. ohyah i bought new socks for my sis!! HAha i hope she likes it:D

DAY 18

Haha i think my room mates are getting really lazy:p we wake up at 625 now, unlike the first 2 weeks when we wake up at 6.10.. See, we are tired people:p Ohyah, today jinx's alarm rang all the way from 545 la!! it was damn noisy!! Yep, so washed up and changed.. then off we went for breakfast:D Haha i had porridge with kacheek again.. this time, i din take the tofu.. i ate pork floss:D

As usual, all of us went for lessons.. Lessons was quite unlively cuz it was all ke4 wen2.. laoshi was trying to finish all the textbook stuff so that we can haf our test the next day.. It will be the final test, and its super impt..

Dont do well = DIE

Haha after lessons, we went for lunch then we had our chinese cultural lessons.. We had straw art or 2hrs..then chinese painting for another 2hrs.. For straw art, we learnt how to make dragons and seahorses.. haha they are damn cute!!:D:D And they can be attached to another straw for drinking!! HAHA ITS DAMN CUTE. and im planning to bring back the 4 i made for my family to use.. we will be such a cute family cannn:p

After that, we went to draw FISHES. it was quite tough, because i couldnt draw the shape of the fish body.. my painting is the one with a red and blue fish.. i took photo of it:D

Yup, then we went for dinner and gathered back at the lobby.. the tour guide came and brought us to make frosted glass!! haha it was quite exciting.. we had to cut out shapes and stick them to the glass cups.. those parts without stickers on them will be frosted.. then those parts with stickers on will be transparent.. haha i cut out the words 'Dad's drink'.. hehe v nice rite? So i chose a wine glass and yup its damn pretty mannn:D you can see my wine glass in the photo, though its not really clear:p

We came back to our dorms around 10.. Then we had nightcheck at 10 as usual.. After tht, everyone was chionging to bathe and study for final exams the next day.. I slept at 1 manz.

DAY 19

Hello! its a brand new day whee! Guess what time we woke up?? I was the first to wake up in the room:p

yep so we went for breakfast. i had sandwich today and of cuz, its yummyyy.

ohyah, then we gathered with the other foreigners who are also here for immersion.. they are around 20plus years old.. we headed to the uni's track to attend their opening ceremony for their sports day.. its quite sad that they last min annouce that we carn participate in the games:/ we only walked around the entire track for their ceremony loh:/ booo i signed up for the relay and telematch loh:( then they say we carn play in the end.. ohyah, their cheerleaders wear tubes and mini skirts at temp like 14degrees u noe!! i seriously dunno how they tahan man..

yep so by 10am, the ceremony ended and we went back to our classrooms.. we are so sad:( ohyah, then i say jj lin at the uni gate! moohaha. lessons was just the exam actually.. i think i will do quite badly leh.. cuz i dint noe the answers for the MCQ part:( boo i better score fairly well, if not my report will be like kanasai.

at lunchtime, i saw mao2di4!! moohaha:D yep then class 1 and 2 went to some community centre at 中山站。we got to make some paper crafting and put it into a small glass bottle.. i took photos of it and it will be uploaded on shutterfly:D go see my beautiful handicraft:p Some people went to dye cloths and it took such a long time tht we left the place 45mins later:/ laoshi brough us to this shop where they sell all the beads and accessories to make necklaces , earrings, etc.. dint really buy much..
after, tht we went back to the train station and we saw their underground shops! the stuff they sell are much cheaper than in singapore! they sell all kinds of sneakers and all kinds of clothings.. and the prices range from 5 bucks to 20bucks.. v pretty lohh.. i wanted to really like spend and buy clothes for my sis and me.. but we were only given 10mins cuz we had to get back to the uni soon. booo! so i only bought one shirt which is reallly nice:D:D shall take picture of it one day:D
we then came back to the uni by taking train and headed straight for dinner.. it was really late alr.. chow and chionged through our dinner and speed walked back to our dorms.. i was damn kanchiong my stomach felt like it was bursting:/
our laoshi has planned to bring us to the cheng2ping3 shopping centre again.. they sell all kinds of cds, albums, books, clothes there.. but mainly books la..
while headcounting, we realise we had one person short.. yea when we went out during the noon, we haf left one of our friends behind in the underground station.. but thank god she managed to get back safely:D
yup so we went to cheng2ping3 and our whole clan just went straight to starbucks to write our journals and limei was writing her script.. haha i bought a cup of caffe latte.. it was not too bad la.. but its damn ex!! my next cup of starbucks drink shall be a year later.. moohaha.
yep then after tht, we came back to our dorms and tada went for nightcheck at the hall. we got our shirts for this immersion and its quite pretty:D its orange in colour WORXZXZ!:D
by 10plus, we all gathered back at the 7th floor lounge and reflected about the incident which we left one of our friends behind:/ we reflected till 1120.. after tht, we went back to our dorms to write our reflection letter..
then sweeeet dreams:D
