i shall dedicate this post solely to my lovely cca GUIDES(:
i cant help but say guides must be the best cca u can ever join. hehe no offence to those ppl in sports/perf arts, but guides is really amazing! haha 3 cheers to everyone in guides:D
this year's theme was MORE THAN A COMPANY. and to be honest, i really love our theme, like really really. our batch set out the main aim of the camp, and that is to BOND. its so much more fun and enjoyable to have bonding camps, instead of skill-based camps, etc.
my patrol ixora1stcoy must be the loveliest patrol:D im really thankful to haf 2 adorable sec1s, an easy-going sec2, a hyper sec3 and another sec3 with big stomach. kanages,rae-ann,xiaotong,hanis,gracia and xianmin turned up for the camp this yr. damn sad celine cldnt join us(esp when she's our PS:/) but ohwells, hope her throat infection gets well really really really soon!:D

for the very first day of camp, i was pretty exhausted while taking the train and bus to sch at like 630am?! horror. haha i was like zonking out. but i managed to make it in sch and i got hyped up after 1/2 hrs:D our patrol came up with our patrol cheer and i shall so type it down:D

cutecute yet highhigh cheer:D love it! we shouted and sang our cheer throughout the station games on day1 and my voice was half gone? haha out of 10 station games, we were commented 5 times u noe!! haha our patrol is so coool:D i was freaking tired after tht round of stn games though.. then we had outdoor cooking after tht. it was the ultimate stress booster! xianmin and celine wasnt around, so i got xiaotong to help me keep blowing the stoopit fire. haha and we took such great pains to eventually get the fire going, only to watch it die away in less than an hr? haha i was feeling damn sucky inside laaa.. dint manage to cook nice and yummy food for the patrol:/ but thanks to all the 4patrols from 1st coy!! all of them offered food to us, like sincerely:p ppl like lingmin, elyssa, tricia, junyi, yilin, shuhan, lynnette, etc were coming up to ask us if we need food and all.. chao1 ji2 gan3 dong4! 1st coy ppl chao ji nice:D
all of us were pretty exhausted by the time cleanup for outdoor cooking was done.. but i guess we perked ourselves up for the night surprise:D yenlin,elmo and i were the station mistresses for the station KIDNAPPED! it was damn fun setting up the obstacle course! we put in hulahoops,chairs,twines.. then we took out balls, balloons, tins, broom to scare the guides tht will be blindfolded:p haha damn fun:D thank you to all the guides that participated so actively, really really. there were ppl last yr who go "can u stop touching/disturbing me" cuz we poke them when they carn see anything. BUT BUT this yr was really good, ppl went shrieking and laughing.. happy faces were seen:D so yep! thanks alot for having so much fun with us! i swear we had loads of fun!
COH meeting for the first night was not as bad as what i've thought actually. we see seniors going for past years' COH meeting and come back either crying/having gloomy faces.. i was quite freaked out by what to expect at COH meeting.. haha but it was not tht bad!:D i guess it was quite an enjoyable 'gathering' and reflection time:D yay batch'08!
jiemin.yinleng.net.elmo.vera.me then went bathing tgt.. felt really good aft the shower.. we smelt like shit before bathing seriously.. as pungent as ammonia:p yup by the time we reach the hall, we were too tired to haf some girls' talk.. so we went into dreamsland(:

elmo.net.vera.me woke up at close to 7? haha i haf no idea why i was hyper tht morning when the hall lights were still off. but i was trying to imitate a caterpillar in my sleeping bag.. and yayyy day 2 of camp starts! patrol lunch with ixora1stcoy and isa at fareast cahaya restaurant! the auntie there was super nice! she treat us to 7 cups of free drink, 2 bowls of free soup, alot more portion of our dishes! we were so full after lunch laaa. but the food was awesome:D we wanted to take neos tgt, but the shop over at fareast closed down:( yep after patrol lunch was game activities. teamed up with elmo's and anuder patrol and we ALMOST won. haha we came up with a strategy and it kindof worked:p yay team 2! moohaha we rock! had alot alot of fun!
next highlight of the day was campfire.. i guess everyone was really exhausted alr, and tht explains the lower level of energy.. but overall, our campfire was good(: i LOVE the game where we need to show a cam, car and radio! our patrol damn cool, but we dint win:p
and did i tell you LOW YUN TING came back!? hahaha so glad to see her back finally.. she nvr change la i think.. forgot to ask her if she haf a bf now haiya. then yunting along with jiayue and zhixian bought us a cake! it was damn nice! choc flavour summore!!:D haha then the cream-fight all started from stoopit hanis. she stuffed this ball of cream up my mouth and dirtied my face. so i took anuder ball of cream and went up to elyssa and said "elyssaaa, the camp v good leh!" *piak* i spread face all over her face:D facial wash!
ohoh then during GUIDES OWN, i was so happy when kanages and rae-ann stood up to share bout what they have learnt through this campfire(: i rmbr them saying the campfire was really interesting, tht they got to know alot more ppl, tht patrols coming up to us food during outdoor cooking really touched them, AND tht their seniors are nice:D *ahem ahem* haha but anw i was really touched by the fact they managed to stood up and share what they thought.. then i started tearing over what filzah and elyssa said.. and lynnette started tearing too:/
yep then we had COH meeting again and i guess it wasnt tht bad still:D our camp was good overall! yup.. then lathiga.net.elmo.vera.jiemin.yinleng.me went bathing tgt again:D haha we were so cute seriously.. we waited for the entire 7 cubicles for the toilet to be cleared then we all chiong in to bathe tgt:D wheeeness!
elmo.net.vera.me slept in this cross formation where our four heads meet tgt.. haha we talked alot alot tht nite YAYY! and im damn sorry to elmo!! cuz i squashed her specs amidst my rolling and turning about while sleeping la omg. elmo dui bu qi!!!

day3 of camp was nth much.. had breakfast with patrol and collected all the breadclips:D then i had to break camp early to leave for OM workshop. and tht shall ends my 3day2night camp(:

3) thank you sec1s for bing so adorable and enthu, esp my patrol sec1s... i think you 2 are really sweet sec1s! continue to love your patrol and haf fun in guiding:D
4) thank you xiaotong! for helping me sustain the fire throughout outdoor cooking. though u are a sec2, u took the intiative to help blow the fire and all.. xiexie!
5) thank you hanis for always making a point to keep everybody high:D its impt for everyone to stay high throughout the camp.. and its damn nice to haf u in ixora1st u noe u noe!!:D
6) haha thank you gracia for helping us finish 2 1/2 boxes of pasta!! ur stomach was damn power!
7) thank you batch'08! we proved ourselves right this time and show tht we can rise up to the occasion to Lead. its damn nice to see all of us taking care of our own patrols and getting things done tgt. we hurry our patrols along to keep ourselves on time, we brought our patrols out for lunch:p, we helped to keep our patrol's energy level high. i really felt tht our batch did a good job so 3 cheers to us:D all our juniors haf feedback and said tht this camp was the most enjoyable one.. thts sth for us to work even harder:D i've got to interact more with alot of you guys and its such a nice feeling.. sisters for life:D yay!!
8) oh! and thankyou isa and yunting for coming back!! haha esp yunting! havent seen u for quite awhile:D thanks for the cakeee. come back more often can can!
